Rover's Doghouse — Pets & Service Animals
Welcome to Rover's Doghouse!
By Rover, Director of Canine Preparedness
Woof! Hello, friends!
I'm Rover, and welcome to my little corner of Best Survival Supplies!
You might be wondering why there's a doghouse outside our preparedness home.
Well, that's easy! Because preparedness is for the whole family — including those of us with four paws!
My humans believe in being Prepared Not Scared, and I couldn't agree more. Although I admit, thunderstorms still make me a little nervous.
Here in my doghouse, you'll find information and supplies to help prepare your furry family members for life's unexpected adventures.
We have a special place for service animals, too. These hardworking companions have important responsibilities, and their emergency supplies need to support both the animal and the person who depends on them.
Here's what you'll discover when you visit:
Pet Emergency Kits: Food, water, first aid supplies, and other essentials.
Service Animal Preparedness: Supplies to help working teams stay together, safe, and ready.
Emergency Go Bags: A link to our Entryway / Go Bag Station, where you can prepare an evacuation bag for your four-legged companion.
Travel Preparedness: Helpful supplies for road trips, unexpected travel, and changing weather.
Helpful Reading: Articles and checklists to help you prepare for your animal's needs.
And here's a little advice from someone who knows:
Don't wait until an emergency to find out whether your pet's supplies are ready. Check them regularly, just like you check your own.
Oh, and don't forget a familiar toy or blanket. Sometimes a little comfort makes a big difference.
One more thing...
My doghouse may be outside, but I'm always part of the family. And that's exactly how we believe every pet and service animal should be treated when preparing for emergencies.
So come on in, have a look around, and remember:
Prepared Not Scared — Even With Four Paws!
