About these terms
This website is operated by Best Survival Supplies. These terms apply to your use of our store and purchases through it. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; Best Survival Supplies is the seller responsible for customer service and the products we offer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malicious software, or interference with its operation. Protect any account credentials you choose to create.
Products, availability, and pricing
Product descriptions, included contents, variants, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product page. Read the selected variant carefully before ordering. Images are intended to represent the product, although screen colors can vary. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly states another currency. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Products and prices may change for future orders.
Orders and corrections
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a stock problem, pricing error, payment issue, or suspected fraud prevents fulfillment, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or change a paid price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts collected for the canceled portion. Please review your order details and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Fulfillment, returns, and cancellation
Some items ship directly from suppliers and may arrive separately. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy describe shipping charges, estimates, returns, cancellations, and refunds. Best Survival Supplies remains your contact for order problems.
